Appreciating the Details of Tactics Ogre 1+1 (Prevailing Element is Actually Awesome!)

Additional notes on Prevailing Element Stacking:
-Healing benefits at 1/4 the rate of damaging magic.
-Shots don't scale off of Augment or Stats, but they do benefit at a rate of 1/4 that of spells, as well as Averse and Breach.
-Finishers and Elemental weapons seem to benefit at a lower rate as well.
-Opposing elements move the slider in the opposite direction. If they don't oppose, they can stack independantly.
-If independently stacked, the most recently used element will take over the image in the UI, but both are still kept at their same level.
-Stacks do not seem to decay over time.
-Stacks do not scale, they simply add 3-8 to max damage, usually 4. I have no idea why it was randomly 3-8 for a single stack.
