Welcome to our playthrough of Battletoads (2020). This game is a reboot of the classic Rare franchise. It was developed by Dlala studios under the supervision of Rare, and published by Xbox Game Studios. It was released on the Xbox One and PC, and is included in Game Pass for both platforms as well.

The original games were beat 'em ups known for their harsh difficulty, and this is no different. However, we at least have selectable difficulties this time. Up to three players can play cooperatively as the Battletoads: Rash, Pimple, and Zitz. You can also switch between characters freely if there are less than 2 players. It has a cartoon style with a surprisingly engaging and humorous story.

We are playing two-player Co-op (later three player with Camatello) remotely using Parsec.
