26It's just one change but it's a big one, expanding the radius of his Dead Eyes passive, which, unlike the annoyingly named Extra Powder for engineer heroes, is +10% to base/ AP ranged damage of friendly shooty units within a 35... err, a 55 meter radius now! And since Handgunner spam is mother's milk in Vampire Coast, this is a good thing.
