Is the dominance of digital giants today a threat to democracy?

Can we break digital giants up or regulate them to end their monopoly? Or is it already too late for national governments to take control? Nicky Morgan, Anatole Kaletsky and Phillip Blond debate the power of tech giants today. Many believed the digital realm would be a place for hope and idealism. But the digital giants have used their monopoly power to generate ever greater profits and squeeze out competitors, while at the same time paying little or no tax. Is it too late to regulate them?
