Xeonau, Juan Tuerca and Mik3y take a look at taming the new Quetzal or the flying sky fortress as I like to call it in Ark: Survival Evolved :)

We only brought a few Tranquilizer Darts along, my advice is get more now that Ark has patched their torpor effects.

We used a tactic of one person flying an Argentavis while carrying the shooter with darts and arrows to knock the bird down. I played the role of the camera guy and following the Quetzal at night time so we didn't lose it.

For the actual tame, we setup a defensive perimeter so that wild carnivores would not eat our precious tame. The level 20 Quetzal took 17 T-Rex Kibbles to tame.
