Today we look at taming a Kairuku, these are harmless birds - I grab a Kairuku and find an extreme amount of wildlife activity around our base.

The first tame is a adolescent so was a very quick tame - and we find that they are fairly easy to kill accidentally with crossbows, so spacing your shots is very important.

Toward the end of the video you can see the dire wolf wandered into our base and attacked a Kairuku I was about to tame! Sneaky!

These mostly ornamental pets are fun to have around your base and dress up with rex-bone helmets.
