I take a look at taming the Doedicurus in Ark: Survival Evolved for PC.

Technique: Use Tranq arrows to knock it unconscious, 15+ recommended depending on the level of the Doedicurus you are taming.

Tame time is roughly a few hours or so, depending on the berries you use and the creature level (It's favourite Kibble, or purple berries makes it faster). Use Narcotics to keep torpor levels high, you will need probably 90+ Narcotics to do it.
