Arkanoid is one of the any clones of the classic Atari game from the 70's 'Breakout'. Whilst the game play is virtually the same, the difference comes from the power ups that you collect as you destroy blocks. You can get multi balls, sticky balls, fast balls, to the ultimate power up in that your ship that shoot projectiles. It plays great using the mouse and the ST port is a great conversion.

We got this game as one of a bunch of titles bundled with our first 520ST and I remember not being very good at it. Unfortunately time has not improved my disposition - I keep stuck on stage 3 with all of those unremoveable orange blocks in the way. Personally I prefer the sequel 'Revenge of Doh', but there's nothing particually wrong with this game other than a complete lack of options.
