A quick beginners guide tutorial video for those (like me) new to Arma 3 who are a little confused about the different walking and running speeds, and how you edit & adjust them.
Holding the shift key while moving will make your character sprint, but while jogging / running if your press ctrl-c your character will change their "combat pace" and instead take up a nice casual walk. This works will stand-up and crouch walking.
If you double tap ctrl, you will lower your gun for a nice relaxed patrol walk.
