In this beginners guide tutorial I show to how to equip and shoot the commanders external machine-gun that sits on the top of the turret on most tanks.
I show you first how to "turn out" using your mouse wheel, which makes your player character open the top hatch and poke his head out, then "equip M1919A4" (in this case) to grab the machine gun, which you can then ADS and fire.
To get back inside the tank, you first have to "Drop" the weapon using your mouse / action wheel, and then "Turn In".
