In this beginners guide tutorial I show you how to get rid of the ranking up barrier on your Arma Reforger Community Server so that any soldier can choose any weapon or piece of gear, as long as there are enough supplies at the base for the Armory.

If you're using an additional mod that adds more weapons or gear than vanilla, you'll have to use the "Starter Rank General" mod, but just bear in mind that this also effects players rights to build structures and spawn in vehicles & NPC AI soldiers too.
