Arquebus reaches out to Raven with a large scale mission: To cripple the PCA warship fleet stationed at Harlov Spaceport. V.IV Rusty would be participating in a related mission, destroying a PCA communications facility to prevent distress signals prompting the PCA to deploy Special Forces before the warships have all been destroyed. Rusty cautions Raven that communications would only be down for a short while and would fly in to assist him once he's done. And sure enough, the mission goes as planned. With the warships destroyed the Raven had an incoming PCA HC and a new high-mobility LC piloted by their Special Forces. Rusty arrives in time, and an intense tag-team between the two sides ensues. Rusty and Raven prevail, but the PCA deploys one more deadly weapon in their arsenal: another C-Weapon.
