[AS2R] Developer Speedrun Attempt - Another Sonic 2 Remake SAGE 22 Demo

I speedrun my own levels the best I can. Some mistakes were made. But I successfully manage to cut some time off the bosses. I know these bosses are rather unconventional for Sonic, requiring the player to figure out how to manipulate their behaviour, but I feel a boss that you can speed up with knowledge and skill is more fun than a boss that you simply bonk 8 times and it's done. Can you crack my times open? I'm curious to research how speedrunners might approach AS2R's levels.

This level is difficult for me to figure out the fastest time. After doing some research on what Sonic Advance 2's fans like about it's level design, I tried to apply what I learned in this level. You need to figure out the optimal path for yourself, top path doesn't always mean the fastest in this level.
