Today we are going to be relaxing while reading the latest ASMR research in 2020. I am going to be discussing and reading seven different studies from the National Institute of Health (NIH), as well as my general thoughts on these studies. But of course, in a gentle ASMR style!
We will be relaxing with the sounds of paper, whispering, soft spoken reading, a gently ticking clock, and a quiet relaxing ambiance. I had difficulty finding comprehensive videos talking about the science of ASMR and so I decided to read these studies to you myself and break it down for you the best I can.
I want to add that I am NOT an expert in Neurology/Neuroscience/Biology/Radiology/Psychology. However, I am an ASMR enthusiast who loves science and I really wanted to bring this information to you all! Some parts of this video are my own anecdotal/philosophical musings. If I mispoke, any corrections on these particular aspects of the video are welcomed! That all said I hope you are keeping safe during this difficult time.

A huge thank you to two of my Patreon Subscribers: Jake Rooker and Gavin Jones for their ongoing and continued support for my channel. All donations go back towards props, maps, books, and other channel related expenses and so it is truly appreciated!
