There is a very old trailer for Assassin's Creed 1 titled "Altair was Here" in which a group of templars are seen fearfully talking about a hooded assassin, deadly and evasive in equal measure. All the while, Altair is in that same room stalking them without them knowing. To me, part of the assassin fantasy is not only the assassin being a glass cannon, but the assassin being a deadly predator. The field in which the assassin works is one of unfairness, one where the predator stacks every unfair advantage it has to become unstoppably dangerous. Assassins don't play fair or by the rules, they don't give enemies a chance to counterattack, and they strike before anyone ever knew they were there.

this is something that I feel exists very strongly in AC Unity. Arno does feel like a predator that can run circles around his enemies without them ever having a chance to react, let alone defend themselves. In this video, I play a fun mission that shows how assassins are supposed to be dangerous, where I use a lot of stealth tools and AI Manipulation to clear an enemy camp. I hope you enjoy it.

Assassin's Creed Unity is an action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It was released in November 2014 for PlayStation 4, Windows, and Xbox One, and in December 2020 for Stadia.
