0Мажд Аддин был обычным писцом эмира. После того, как сарацинам удалось вернуть себе Иерусалим, возник вопрос, кто же будет управлять городом в отсутсвие султана-воителя. Кандидаты на пост регента Иерусалима один за одним умирали при непонятных осбтоятельсвах и в конечном итоге, регентом стал Мажд Аддин. Поговаривают, что он причастен как минимум к 3 смертям своих конкурентов на пост регента.
Представляя интересы Салах-ад-Дина и прикрываясь его именем, Мадж Аддин полностью захватил власть в городе. Проводил жесткую и чаще всего карательную политику по отношению к жителям Иерусалима. Малейшее неповиновение каралось смертью, Мадж Аддин лично присутствовал на публичных казнях, а так же любил произносить речи, в которых восславлялись его же управленческие способности.
Несмотря на свою принадлежность к сарацинам, Мадж Аддин являлся членом ордена тамлиеров. Он был убит Альтаиром в день казни пленных. Единственный из храмовников, который не раскаивался в содеянных делах.

Representing the interests of Salah ad-Din and hiding behind his name, Madj Addin completely seized power in the city. He pursued a tough and often punitive policy towards the inhabitants of Jerusalem. The slightest disobedience was punishable by death, Mudge Addin personally attended public executions, and also liked to make speeches in which his managerial abilities were glorified.
Despite his belonging to the Saracens, Madge Addin was a member of the Order of the Tameliers. He was killed by Altair on the day of the execution of prisoners. The only one of the Templar, who did not repent of their deeds.
