An old trick that I noticed in AC:B first. In targeting-mode, you can walk on top of your horse as if it was floor and not start riding it.

One useful thing this allows is using your horse as a platform for succeeding in some impossible jump... a pretty desperate measure, I know.

If you knock down the horse while standing on top of it, sometimes Connor can seemingly hover in air afterwards for a time. It's likely that a part of the horse collision doesn't change even if the horse is knocked down.

If you start crouching on the horse's back (as in preparing to jump), Connor falls through it. This is the same result as "crouch-falling" on top of a horse.

It turns out that you can rather easily do the "take a charged arrow with you" glitch using a convoy and a horse's back. (it might work with any fall, should test it out)

The video also shows what happens when you do "charged arrow" glitch with only 1 arrow. The game shows Connor having 0 arrows, while he is still charging one last arrow in his bow. If you let go, the arrow that flies out isn't substantial and doesn't seem to hit at all. Also, it's nice that "charged arrow" lasts over cutscenes.

It would be cool if Connor remained on a horse's back as it starts to run around the place, but unfortunately that doesn't happen. Connor just slides off the horse instantly.
