Assassin's Creed Revelations E3 Demo Secrets Speculation (I was wrong)
My random musings that I've finally decided to share.
I'm not saying this is the only outcome (as stated in the video), but it is a path that I see Ubisoft could have gone. It flows well in my head.
You can't experience the death of one of your ancestors in the Animus (unless you've died in the Animus like Subject 16). This means that we won't be experiencing Ezio's death in Revelations. There is the possibility of experiencing Altair's death using the First Civilization artifacts that allow Ezio to experience memories from Altair's past (though Altair would have to be using one when he dies).
Just thought I'd throw that in there so people didn't speculate about Ezio dying in AC Revelations.
One other path could be that Subject 16 is the third life lost and he gives us the Revelation, but... I don't like that theory as much. Just thought I'd mention that too, though.
Lucy gives a reason for Minerva/the AoE making Desmond "kill" her. It was so Desmond could bring her back with The Shroud. She, in turn, would know the truth and reveal the Revelation. That would make the end of AC Revelations into only the beginning.
EDIT Nov. 19 2011
I was wrong about my guess. Now it just seems like a TV show where an actress quit, and they have to explain away why a character is no longer on the show. I really don't like the idea of Lucy being a Templar mole (I like Sean much better for that since he was recruited).
