You must have beaten the game at least once to do this. You must also have certain bonus items as well.

Required Items: Cloak of Deception and Exploding Arrows

You won't be able to COMPLETELY kill Colossus 16 with exploding arrows. I'm sure everyone's aware that you must stab at least one of the major vital spots with Wander's sword in order to kill a Colossus. However, you will be able to take away about seven-eighths of his health. That will make it very easy to kill him once you climb up. One small strike with the damage buffing items and he's down for the count.

I love that this time I'M the one shooting HIM from afar and there's nothing HE can do about it. LOL
