Chapter I: the tripwire bombs can cause some slight glitches. In this instance I set one up to the edge of the box, and if you're precise enough, you can dismantle it from the ground level, causing Ezio to rise up in air a bit for the animation. Then the animation of Ezio putting the bomb away interrupts and the bomb graphics get stuck either on the ground or Ezio's hand! Unfortunately this graphic disappears when entering a cutscene or doing anything else that unloads any bombs. Also managed to get two tripwire bombs on top of each other while messing around with this...?

Chapter II: one interesting use I found for shrapnel fuse bombs. You can interrupt Ezio right after you start quick travel to the other side, making him fall in water. At the other side he is stuck in an unique state which is half-swimming and half-standing. Unfortunately most things end this state, like moving, trying to jump or attack, etc. Two things that don't end this state are sheathing/unsheathing or shooting with the bow, but that's not much. Don't know if other things could be done at other fast travel locations...

Chapter III: a strange bow-related glitch. Have bow active, then start setting up a tripwire and then interrupt the tripwire by making bow active. First effect is that the game doesn't switch secondary weapon away although you have 0 bombs. Picking up more bombs doesn't change the amount of bombs the display shows you have. Just a graphical dealie that ends if you switch weapons. At this time you also can't use your secondary weapon at all until you change it. This trick also works with throwing knives, and it is just as useless.

Chapter IV: if you do the glitch of having bow unsheathed while on a pole while active weapon is not bow, then try to shoot, the game tries to do a glitched shot with the bow instead. If you switch weapons to money or some others, the game posits a bomb crosshair to Ezio's arm that is completely pointless! Leaving the pole just ends the glitch, and there probably isn't a way to do this trick more than once in a row. So it remains just a random graphical glitch. There's also a way to get the pistol crosshair stuck, but it doesn't look very impressive (and it didn't happen to get recorded).

Chapter V: some pole glitch odds and ends possible only in Revelations. Doing actions like throwing money while off pole. If you interrupt bow shot by switching to fist, the fist gets an ammo number next to it! What's this, you have 16 punches left? The crossbow is the glitchiest item in the last two Assassin's Creeds... Finally, trying to use bombs while off pole sometimes causes this glitched state in which most buttons stop doing anything. The HUD shows "throw bomb", and pressing it causes "cancel shot" to flicker. Pressing circle usually ends this state, and it doesn't seem anything useful can be done with it.
