Took the new glitch to use in this level. In most spots underwater you can't move very well, and jumping of any kind causes you to plunge back up to the surface. So I guess there's no skipping things by breaching the water surface here. At the very end of the vid I almost got to the last switch under the ground, but there's some boundary in front of the statue, preventing you from getting closer! (not to mention you probably couldn't get back to ground level to examine it anyway.)

Aside from that, this video contains two other things. First is a jump that almost works for getting to a later part of the level early, not that it would serve any purpose in this instance. Another is that you can get to the pole from which you jump to the last switch via an alternative route, by coming from the ground level and timing those hookblade leaps correctly. This might be faster than doing it normally (and therefore the only actually useful thing on this video).
