To play the unpatched version of Assassin's Creed Unity on Xbox Series S the game needs to be installed to an external drive from a disc with the old version of the game using an Xbox console with a disc drive. Once the old version of the game is on an external drive, it then needs to be connected to an Xbox Series S that is offline and is set as the home console for an Xbox Live account that owns the digital version of the game. Then the game should run with a 60fps cap.
