This test was done with the vsync option on. When vsync is off the game is still capped at 30fps on both consoles but the game can also tear https://bit.ly/3jFdvTy

PS4 renders at a resolution of 1920x1080.

PS4 Pro renders at a resolution of 3360x2160 when outputting at 2160p. PS4 Pro renders at a resolution of 1920x1080 when outputting at 1080p with forced supersampling disabled. The 1080p mode on PS4 Pro has frame pacing issues not seen in the 2160p mode. The frame rate doesn't seem to drop as low in some scenes on PS4 Pro when running in the 1080p mode https://bit.ly/3jFdvTy
