So... the last time I played the Daily on Leap Day, I was kind of curious as to whether anything interesting would happen, given that it's such a rare Day... and sure enough, something interesting happened: Dark Embryo. ^^;

Anyway, with 2020 being another Leap Year, I've kind of been thinking "Hmm, I wonder if anything interesting'll happen this time as well?" Also, the recent Accelerate-only videos I've been recording have reminded me that an Accelerate-only Daily is something I've been thinking about trying for a while...

So I figured, why not do both? An Accelerate only attempt... on the February 29th (Leap Day) Daily! =)


Alas, the Leap Day Daily didn't produce anything as "interesting" as last time... but I did actually manage to get through the Daily without picking up any Red or Blue powerups! And despite a couple close calls, I also managed to get through without any knockdowns! ^_^

So... anyway, here's the video! Hope you enjoy!

0:26 Initial chain ends (24) due to time (the walls blocked Aubergine's path towards the battery (and Helo's path towards the spike mine!), and I wasn't quite sure whether that Red powerup was too close to the wall to pass safely... so I had to delay a bit before taking care of the mine... ^^)
