So, several weeks back, abatage actually did an AAC Full Campaign playthrough, and got through the entire game without any Battery deaths! ^_^ Which got me thinking about trying a Full Campaign playthrough of my own. =)

Anyway, I finally had some free time to record some attempts! I decided to go with a VPC2 run, partly because there aren't many VPC2 runs on youtube currently... and partly because I hadn't seen the VPC2 versions of most of the stages, and thought it might be fun to see how good (or bad) I'd do on some of them. ^^

Since abatage made it through the game without any Battery deaths, I thought I'd try to do the same. So basically, if a run was going well ("no knockdowns before Vespula" was kind of the measuring stick I was using), I'd only restart the run (from 1-1) upon Battery death... which definitely happened in a few places (mostly because I hadn't figured out VPC2 strategies against any of the bosses beforehand)! ^^;

In other words... by the time this run happened, I was a lot more practiced with the earlier VPC2 levels than the later ones. ^.^

Anyway, rather than recording the entire playthrough as one video, I actually split it into a separate video for each Zone. Mostly because uploading multiple not-as-large files one at a time is actually a lot easier than uploading one gigantic file all at once... and even more so currently, due to my usual busy December. ^^;;

So... long story short, these videos will actually be staggered thoughout the rest of December (and possibly into January?), which will definitely make my usual busy December a little easier to manage. =) Those of you with similarly busy Decembers will also benefit from this, though, since it should be easier for you to find 10-20 minutes of free time to watch a video than to find 60+ minutes all at once. ^_^

Anyway, this campaign run was a lot of fun to record... hope you enjoy!

Zone 3 notes:
- Yep, first knockdown ended up happening in Zone 3... which didn't really surprise me that much. =) I was kind of expecting it to happen on Revolution, though, and not on Transit. ^^; Especially since Transit hadn't given me any significant troubles in any of the previous runs... ^^;;
- Speaking of troubles, in the run just previous to this one, Justice gave me a lot more trouble than he probably should have... =p So I was pretty happy to get the S on this run. =) An S+ is definitely possible (lots of things in each phase to keep the chain alive), but again, like with Vespula, I was playing more for safety than score, so... ^_^
