What we've got here is a 12.5-inch hybrid tablet & laptop running Windows 8.1 on an Intel Core processor. On the 5 inch Zenfone device we're running Android 4.4 Kit Kat which is running on Intel's 64-bit quad-core Atom (Moorefield) chip with LTE radio.

What is extra special about this tag team device is that when the phone is docked you can see the interface on top of Windows 8, if you want to run Android full screen, you can switch to that mode.

So the reason the device is dubbed the Transformer Book V is its 5 modes, Windows tablet, Windows laptop, Android phone, Android tablet and an Android laptop.
