The Impulse 4G on AT&T from Huawei is an entry level Smartphone coming to the network. Priced at $29.99, the Impulse is started as an entry level android device. At first glance it doesn't look the case, Huawei has crafted a nice looking device with chrome finishing around the edges, touch sensitive button in the front with volume toggles on the left hand side of the device. A 5Mp camera that records at 720p, with 2GB of storage via microSD; all running with stock Android 2.2 software.
