Aussie Garage Promo Van gets Ice Upgrade #shorts #cars
10Well the Aussie Garage Promo Van get some needed upgrades to its engine this week. We had to remove all the old Carby bolts in the manifold, drill them out and put new Heli coils back in, as half the carby was lifting up causing a major vacuum leak in the engine.
We also got rid of the MSD SS Blaster Coil as we were having issue with the electrical system in the car not keeping enough charge to run the engine smoothly. We have upgraded to a ICE Pro Series Race Coil 4200 and if I had the coin, I would have upgraded the whole system. Hint hint ICE Australia Haha.

The car is running heaps better now, but we still have heaps for the Aussie Garage Promo Van or XC Ford Falcon Panel Van to get get done before we can get it ready for paint in the future.
We have things like the following but not limited to:
1. Aluminum fabrication for the engine bay - Overflow and Washer Bottle combo and shroud over the grill and radiator
2. New Carby Holley 600
3. Ice Ignition System - Distributor and module
4. Bonnet repairs done and get new tail gate for the van
5. finish the interior with @visiontrimshop730
6. Get new Rims for the Van - which will be either CTM Spiders or Dragsters or new 12 slotters
7. Clean the Engine Bay and dewire and replumb to make neat.
8. New LED Seal beam headlights by Bangin Headlights Australia
So You can see we slowly working down the list to ensure this Aussie Garage Promo Van look awesome. Oops, forgot one thing. The design for the artwork all over the van that Dan will be Airbrushing.
