Auto Furnaces and Rail Item Transport
0In this video I show off a different for a an automatic furnace system. This design uses a lot less redstone and a bit fewer hoppers than my previous design. It is expandable from 8 to over 16 furnaces, although it doesn't perfectly distribute the ore or coal (depending on how you have it setup, some furnaces will get more ore or coal than others).
At the end of the video, I show off easy to build loading an unloading stations for minecarts with chests, prefect for transporting all of your ore or other items from your mine to an item sorter, or other such uses. Neither the loading or unloading station need any interaction, other than putting items in to the chest at the loading station. The cart is automatically sent with the chest at the loading station is loaded into the cart, and when it is fully unloaded it is automatically sent back.
