In this video I cover how to automate the Botanical Brewery (Flasks & Vials) using AE2 auto-crafting. I'm using very similar methods as I did in a previous video with the Runic Altar.

Please also watch the end of the video as I cover two methods of the pickup process. The second is more advanced and requires quick mana generation to be balanced (see screenshot in the very end). If you have lots of mana production you could skip the Daffomill control signal, it seems like the items end up on the Brewery every time in my post-tests. The issues I mentioned could be related to an early "bug" in a the build.

Seems like the video volume is quite low, sorry about that! I really should check all my different templates...

There are a few key steps in this build:
- ME Interface set to blocking mode
- Stopping item in the recipe
- Redstone cards to import only one item per signal (Preferable on both chests, once, the item was imported before the comparator triggered)
- Smart pickup of the product since they tend to get stuck on top of the Brewery at times

You could have several Hopperhocks, each set up with filters to only pick up flasks and vials.
