Is the delivering feature of your one tile storage system not enough?
With this smart delivery system the room that needs material orders it via smart storage.
The materials are automatically delivered and the storage is refilled.

Tips:
You can combine different conveyor lines if you use filters.
The priorities are important use them!

Pitfalls:
The further the recipient is from the dispatcher
the higher is the amount of unnecessarily delivered material.
You will need some buffer-gates
or filter-gates to reduce the order request lenght.
Sometimes depending what was build first the coal generator does not start.
change its values forth and back an see if that helped.

Sensor Settings:
Conveyor Loader / Smart Storage Bin: set it to whatever you want to have delivered to the room
Smart Storage: Don't use a high value otherwise all your resourcess end up in one room
