To celebrate the release of the most recent Fire Emblem game, Engage, Alear gets their time in the spotlight for Average Stats Unlimited! If you haven’t played the game yet, I will be going over some unit data below to explain how I translated Alear to Radiant Dawn. If you don’t want to see any of that information yet, don’t look below! (**SPOLIER WARNING**)

I made her a Trueblade because the animations were probably the best fit for her. Alear’s growth rates are very much on the Skill and Speed side of things so she will be very evasive. Since it’s pretty much cannon that Marth is the main Emblem that she uses throughout the game, it made sense to make her class build using Marth as the Emblem ring she wields. I go into more detail below for the skills and weapons. Alear gets access to Astra and Adept, and because of her high skill, she will be activating them like there’s no tomorrow! Marth also gives her access to Renewal and Vigilance. With all of these options at her disposal, she can out-speed everyone in the series, except for Lyre, which gives her plenty of opportunities to finish the fight without a second thought! She was given the unit status of Wyvern/Dragon, so she is weak to the Wyrmslayer and Thunder Magic. She was also given her main weapon, Libèration, with a couple of boosts to the stats (The game wouldn’t let me add the accent to the “e” 😢).

The skills that I gave her were as follows:
Astra: Marth’s Emblem Attack, Lodestar Rush
Adept: Marth’s innate skills, Divine Speed & Break Defenses.
Renewal: Marth’s innate skill, Unyielding
Vigilance: Marth’s innate skill, Avoid +30 (Vigilance only gives +20 to avoid)

Weapons:
Libèration:
Hit: 115% (From 90%)
Mt: 16 (From 6)
Crit: 15% (From 0%)

The stats of the weapon were changed based on the max forge bonuses and the Marth engraving. With the upgrades from the forge and the engraving, the might was still only 13; I just boosted it up a bit to 16 to make it more viable to use over the Alondite/Vague Katti/Brave Sword in some cases.

I used the Mia Trueblade model because it mostly resembled Female Alear. I unfortunately couldn't give her the heterochromia she has in her eyes because there is only one eye texture that you can edit.

The unit with the higher base speed will initiate first. (If unit has Shade or Stillness they will always choose who goes first). If both units have the same speed, the unit whose video it is will go first.

For weapons, the unit who is faster chooses the weapon they want the unit they are attacking gets to choose a weapon to counter them with. The unit who attacks first, goes through all the possible weapon combinations and picks whatever situation would give them the best chance at victory. After the initial turn, the only time a unit can change their weapon is on their turn.
