Hector is a very bulky unit that has just one weakness. Magic. He is also relatively slow compared to a lot of the other units making him very susceptible to magic, but he has one thing that helps him out in this regard; Pavise. Since he has close to 60 skill, he has more than a coin flip's chance to activate it which helps him out with his weakness. And when he does end up getting hit enough to the point where he is at 30% health, he gets a heightened chance for a crit with Wrath. He also utilizes his special weapons from FE7 being Armads and Wolf Beil.

The skills that I gave him were as follows:
Pavise: He gets the skill in Fire Emblem: Heroes
Wrath: Kinda fit him because he's a hot-head early on in FE7. I wanted to give him another skill so that his fights weren't just battles of attrition. (They still ended up being like that anyways lol)

Weapons:
Armads:
Hit: 95% (From 75%)
Mt: 23 (From 18)
Crit: 10% (From 0%)
I gave it these buffs just so he had a reason to use it over the Urvan; 1 extra Mt and 5 extra Crit compared to it. Urvan was still very much more accurate even with the +20 hit rate to Armads.

Wolf Beil (Effective against Cavalry & Armor):
Hit 80% (From 75%)
Mt: 12 (From 10)
Crit: 5%
I gave this a little extra in terms of Hit and Mt so that he would use this over the other effective weapons at his disposal.

I used the Ike Vanguard Model because I could make him look like Hector better with this rather than the Marshall class. The one downside to this was that I couldn't give him the weakness to Armor effective weapons. I don't regret doing this though, I think he looks so much better with the Ike Model over anything else. With this, Ike used his Hero model but was still able to use Aether.

The unit with the higher base speed will initiate first. (If unit has Shade or Stillness they will always choose who goes first). If both units have the same speed, the unit whose video it is will go first.

For weapons, the unit who is faster chooses the weapon they want the unit they are attacking gets to choose a weapon to counter them with. The unit who attacks first, goes through all the possible weapon combinations and picks whatever situation would give them the best chance at victory. After the initial turn, the only time a unit can change their weapon is on their turn.
