The Mad King of Daein is here! Ashnard's stats were based on his Second Phase stats in PoR. I calculated what his growths rates could be based on those and gave him 40 levels on top of his stats to get up to the 80 levels that the beorc units normally get. This gives him a ton of HP and great defensive stats making it hard to defeat him with raw damage. He also has access to Fortune from his personal weapon, Gurgurant, so any magic units trying to one-shot him with a Rexbolt crit are completely shut down. Gurgurant plus his 75 Strength makes it hard to beat him via battle of attrition since he can do a ton of damage from range. However, even though he has above average Skill in this series, his Luck is god awful, which tanks his hit rate to unreliable levels. His other skills at his disposal are kind of a mixed bag. Daunt doesn't really help at all since it lowers the units' hit and crit rates against him which is essentially useless because of how his stats are laid out and his skill, Fortune. However, Renewal and Wrath work well with him. Since he doesn't have a mastery skill to work with, Wrath gives him an option to obliterate units that he can't one shot on his counterattack. Renewal, with his HP pool, is great for one of his win conditions, battle of attrition. However, having both of these skills active at the same time can kind of counteract one other because of Renewal putting him over the 30% threshold that Wrath requires to function.

Renewal: From PoR.
Daunt: From PoR.
Wrath: Since Greil got Wrath from the Medallion, Ashnard gets it as well.
Fortune: From his weapon Gurgurant. (I can't tie the skill specifically to the weapon, so he just has it active at all times)

Since the Dragonlords are unable to wield swords without making a T-Pose, I put it on the Silver Poleax. It still functions as a sword though. This is also why he didn't use any other swords because adding too many weapons in the game puts the game in an unplayable state.

I used Haar's Dragonlord model since as he is the only Dragonlord in the game. Haar used his Dragonmaster class instead and could use Stun, whereas Ashnard could not.

The unit with the higher base speed will initiate first. (If unit has Shade or Stillness they will always choose who goes first). If both units have the same speed, the unit whose video it is will go first.

For weapons, the unit who is faster chooses the weapon they want the unit they are attacking gets to choose a weapon to counter them with. The unit who attacks first, goes through all the possible weapon combinations and picks whatever situation would give them the best chance at victory. After the initial turn, the only time a unit can change their weapon is on their turn.
