The Holy Knight, Sigurd gets his showing! Sigurd is a unit with very skewed stats, as do a lot of other units in FE4. Because of this he tends to struggle with some matchups. However, his personal 30 Mt weapon Tyrfing helps mitigate some of these issues. Giving him an extra 10 Speed helps him not get doubled, and the +20 Res brings it up to a less pitiful 31. A lot of times, against the magic units, he opts to equip Tyrfing even though he can't counter, because he actually just loses without the extra Spd/Res even with his absurd 123 HP. Even though he can avoid being doubled a lot of the time with Tyrfing equipped, he is still susceptible to mastery skills in RD because of his speed. He has access to a great defensive skill, Miracle, from his personal weapon Tyrfing, so not all hope is lost. As for his offense, he's got a very strong 59 Str along with Adept and Insight meaning he will consistently hit for big damage. Pair that with the Tyrfing, and he gets an extra 5% chance to proc Adept. The main way to take Sigurd down is by magical means and mastery skills, all assuming he doesn't Miracle his way through the onslaught. And if you don't finish him off quickly, be ready to take a big counter attack.

The skills that I gave him were as follows:
Miracle: From his personal weapon Tyrfing since I can't tie skills to weapons.
Adept: From Engage. Since Celerity is translated to Adept in this series, I figured because he has so much +Mov in Engage, Adept would be a fine choice for him.
Insight: From Engage, from the Hit+ skills he gets.
+5 Strength: From Engage, from his skill Momentum.
+5 Speed: From Engage, from all the movement options he has.

When equipped, grants +10 Skl/Spd & +20 Res.
No changes were made to the weapon's stats because 30 Mt.

Since Sigurd is able to use both Swords and Lances in FE4, I had to get creative with translating him to RD. The only classes that can wield both at the same time would be the Marshalls, but since that didn't really fit with his model, I decided to give him two separate models instead; one for swords and one for lances. I used Zihark's Swordmaster model and Geoffrey's Lance Pal model.

The unit with the higher base speed will initiate first. (If unit has Shade or Stillness they will always choose who goes first). If both units have the same speed, the unit whose video it is will go first.

For weapons, the unit who is faster chooses the weapon they want the unit they are attacking gets to choose a weapon to counter them with. The unit who attacks first, goes through all the possible weapon combinations and picks whatever situation would give them the best chance at victory. After the initial turn, the only time a unit can change their weapon is on their turn.
