Baking Espresso Muffins! ~ 20,000 Subscriber Special (Ft. Rina)

After how many years another cooking video LOL. I should really start doing more of these.
Recipe:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (should be a single stick)
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brewed espresso (cooled slightly)
- 1/3 cup milk (whole or 2%)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups wallnut (optional)
Direction:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees celsius
- Mix butter with both sugars and add the eggs as you mix (bowl 1)
- Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together (bowl 2)
- Stir the milk, vanilla and espresso together (bowl 3)
- Add all bowls together into the mixer and mix very well
- Grease muffin pan (or use muffin cups)
- Distribute the batter evenly and add garnish if you like
- Bake the muffins for 25-30 minutes
- Enjoy!
