I made a lot of progress today. the game is almost at the same point as the 2D version, except I haven't done the holes yet. Plus its full 3D now. The sound is back on too! I added some randomness to the cue ball shot, to add some vertical component to its impulse. So it will sometimes bounce up from the table on impact with another ball.

I need to model a pool table eventually to get a better background.

This program is all from scratch. Including the physics and raytracing pixel shaders.
