PoolBall Follow Camera transfers ownership on contact

4I did some camera work and physics work. The rolling and skidding is a lot better. I added a follow camera mode which can transfer ownership on contact. I plan on smoothing out the camera so instead of snapping it, accelerates to the new position so it is less jumpy.
