With Banjo-Kazooie in the books, it's time to begin the sequel. As opposed to the first game, I never finished Banjo-Tooie before, and my memory of it is much fuzzier, so this will be more akin to a first playthrough.

Banjo-Tooie promises to run quite a bit longer than the first game, partly due to my unfamiliarity, but also due to seemingly more ambitious level design. Levels seem a bit larger, but in return both individual levels and the overworld include fast-travel mechanisms.

There's also significantly more backtracking involved, which is already becoming evident within the first world. I'm looking forward to that, as the first game barely had any backtracking - as far as I can recall, I was only forced to backtrack once, and that wouldn't have even been necessary if I weren't going for 100%.

I'm unsure as to whether I'll go for 100% in Banjo-Tooie - it'll depend on whether anything seems overly unreasonable or not worth the trouble.
