A pretty basic glitch that I wouldn't be surprised if it was known already. Get on a gargoyle, switch to Smoke Bombs and aim repeatedly. The motion becomes faster if you cancel the aim using a quick-fire prompt that does not work on gargoyle, like quick Gel.

So, Batman slowly keeps moving in air this way, immune to gravity since he is on a gargoyle. The action looks a bit like he is groping himself, not sure how that plays into things. The best part is that this same glitch is in Origins as well, so that's twice the negligible chance that this technique could come in handy somewhere!
