A zip lets you go past the enemies in the Old Sewer hallway without them noticing you, thus you can go to the next area early. The only problem is that it's not a consistent zip, but at least for a segmented console run it should be a fun timesave.

Normally this zip only carries Batman to the half-way of the corridor, but in certain circumstances Batman continues the zip and goes past the foes without them noticing him. The trick actually relies on Batman bouncing off one of the enemies! It's eerie and very Batman-like how he can pull this off without alerting anyone.
