Max Payne 3 - glitching at Chapter 6
5A.k.a "Things that Max lost in the fire".
Shoehorned reference aside, here are some glitches I found the last time I was in Chapter 6, (A Dame, a Dork and a Drunk).
0:00 - pressing start right before the cutscene at the yard, you can again view the level with only partially rendered graphics. You can see Rodrigo Branco standing in t-pose inside his office!
0:18 - during the 2nd part of the level, simply waiting too long causes Max to choke on smoke. He stumbles a few steps forward during his death animation, and you guessed it, you can walk into cutscene triggers like this while you're dying. So, here is a clip of walking into the "lifting metal shutters" cutscene while dead. Max won't die during the cutscene, but will the instant gameplay continues.
0:46 - walking into the black double doors cutscene while dying. The next fight starts, but before long the camera angle will glitch up and Max mysteriously "dies". Upon retry, the camera angle will still be glitched. One more retry and things finally return back to normal.
1:33 - for unknown reasons, maybe because of choosing to retry too fast, the disarm scene from earlier in the level can have a period of black out in it.
1:47 - dying at the same time you retry from the disarm checkpoint.
1:58 - walking into end level cutscene while dying. Max falls through solid floor before the retry / quit screen comes up. The end level cutscene will play in the background while screen is black, so all you can hear is its audio. Choosing to retry doesn't do anything at first, but eventually the game loads... something... but before long Max mysteriously dies again. Retrying repeatedly makes the cutscene look very strange and can cause the audio to overlap, but other than that things seem to work out fine. Finally the glitch fixes itself when the next level officially starts (from the cutscene where Max calls the other Brancos).
