Batman Part 7 - Is That Supposed To Be Scarecrow?
1Bruce arrrives at City Hall to talk to Mayor Hill, than shows Hill the audio on the phone. Hill offers to clear Bruce's name but wants Harvey Dent to drop out of the election. When Bruce declines Mayor Hill threatens to expose Gordon for what happen to Falconi, and expose Bruce and Harvey for being involved. When Bruce notices that the camera feed from the debate building is looping, Bruce calls Harvey to warn him about Penguin. Harvey wants to distance himself from Bruce, but Bruce is still willing to fund Dent's campaign. Batman and Gordon talk about the police defenses as Catwoman arrrives. Batman and Catwoman sneak inside as Penguin hijacks the debate. Batman and Catwoman take down some thugs as Penguin introduces his partners the Children of Arkham. It is unknown who these people are, but Penguin orgers a woman to inject both Mayor Hill and Harvey Dent with an unknown substance, possibly Penguin's neurotoxin.
