As the team confront Mephesto, he tells of how he gave Dr.Doom the Twilight Sword. Doom is planning to head to Asgard with the sword, but they must first deal with Mephesto himself. Mephesto says he will resurrect Jean Grey, but after they solve Mephesto's puzzle the Jean Grey before them is controled by Mephesto. With Mephesto's power almost gone his hold over Jean Grey is deminished, unfortunately Mephesto cannot be destroyed in his own realm, so Jean Grey sacrifices herself so the team can escape. Unfortunately Weasel is in need of a hiding place so I send him to hide at the X-Mansion, than I head to Asgard where Loki has launched an attack and successfully taken over the throne of Asgard. The team arrives in Valhalla, and we need to free the captured Asgardians than re-open the Bifrost Bridge. First I change to a team composed of DLC characters Sabertooth, Dr.Doom, Magneto, and Nightcrawler. Than I indulge myself in a little bit of Marvel trivia before heading out to re-open the Bifrost Bridge.
