As Batman and Catwoman access the hostage situation, Jim Gordon begins to panic that more people are going to die. The Children of Arkham show a video of Tomas Wayne killing Cobblepot's mother, as the GCPD bust in causing a massive shoot out to occur. Batman attempts to take down Penguin, but is intercepted by the Grey Goose. As Penguin holds Mayor Hill at gunpoint, he admits to being the one who ordered the hit on Tomas and Martha Wayne. Harvey tries to help Hill but is stopped by Penguin who proceeds to shoot Hill several times killing him. Batman has to choose to either save Harvey from Penguin, or save Catwoman from the Children of Arkham. I save Harvey leading to Catwoman getting shot, and Catwoman escaping into the night. Unfortunately Penguin escapes and all of Gotham is questioning Bruce Wayne. This ends episode 2.
