Battle Communism As The Enclave With Fallout 4 - Obscurum IV - Statesec (Overhaul Fallout 4 Mods)
121As a standalone this mod has you playing as Marxist Minutemen, but I wanted to play as the Enclave vs Communist rulers.
This was pretty easy to implement with the enclave-minutemen overhaul mod, the remnants bunker, and (although advised against by the mod auther) I'm using endless warfare to spawn in an endless amount of CSR troopers. If you spawn in raiders they seem to always appear as CSR.
You can run this with the unofficial Fallout 4 patch.
