This is similar to the previous one regarding having the wrong stance after entering a vehicle whether while prone or crouched or sliding. However in this case it's related to the angle of the vehicle. Any vehicle beyond a 60-70 degree angle from the horizontal plane will cause the player's hitbox to break or do what you see in the video when they enter the vehicle or spawn into the vehicle ( any vehicle referring to vehicles where the player model and hitbox is supposed to be exposed ). Which explains a few of the odd moments where I'd try to hit a side seat player repairing or gunner in an aircraft and there hitbox appeared to be missing. They likely spawned into the vehicle while it was banking or making an aggressive maneuver. Considering the absurd agility of the aircraft in this game it's not surprising how easy it is to trigger. This version of the bug has probably been in the game since before Battlefield 2042 was released.

Also in case some DICE or Ripple Effect developers end up watching this. Please stop HARDCODING key/button binds throughout the UI. As you can see in this video while I'm in a vehicle the Call-In keybind switches back to the default "B" key but when I'm not in a vehicle or not in the driver or pilot seat it respects the keybind I set for it which is the "1" key. It's especially annoying in this case because it plays a "cannot do this" sort of sound effect every time I push B for my VOIP push-to-talk key in a vehicle. When I say throughout the UI I'm including all the menus and related screens. They are hardcoded to WASD. Yes I know this a minor thing but like the FOV tooltip being incorrect it has been hardcoded/in the game since BF4, you know when the supposedly "good" devs were at DICE...

Yes this is post Season 7 update for Battlefield 2042. It's probably the only more recent thing you'll see from me since I'm still going through pre-Season 7 footage. I'd rather go through that right now than play the game in it's current state, hopefully after getting through a bunch of it I'll have the itch to play or record some more.
