Ambush at New Jacinto
Background: There's been a rumor about political unrest going on in the capital, and more rumors circulating about unmarked enemy BattleMechs in the wilds north of the city. Your lance has been dispatched to investigate, but so far there's been no sign of anything. Abruptly, your link to command was cut, leaving you with only unit comms and signals of an enemy approaching appear. Whatever's happening, you're going to need to survive to figure it out.

Objectives: In order to survive the ambush, you need to destroy all enemy units by any means necessary. Your Lance Commander (Arclight) must survive to report in following the battle.

Bonus: To adjust difficulty, place Arclight in different 'Mechs. The Commando is Hard mode.

Our lance consists of a Battlemaster, Vindicator, Panther and a Commando (19.6M). The enemy lance consists of an Orion, Shadow Hawk, Catapult and a Vindicator (24.6M).
