I am playing Electronic Arts's arcade version of Rare's famous beat'em-up series named Battletoads.

This one differs from the console versions with the completely different stages and boss fight sequences. An another difference between an arcade one and the console ones is, that this one actually has gore. The gruesome specials are the jumping decapitation and the ground pound finisher.

This beat'em up game is not easy enough, since even the regular enemies may give you several hits as quickly as you do yourself. However it is not as difficult as the NES one.

The gameplay is outstanding. You have several special moves and the animations are smooth. The music and graphics are brilliant. It gives some cartoony climate. Basicly it is worth playing at least once.
