Bayonetta 3: Chapter 14 - The Single Truth (Standard, Verse 3 & 1st Credits Only)
6Chapter 14 is the final Chapter of this game's story, and it has quite a bit of baggage for itself to take in even by the standards of the previous two games' finales.
I decided to split this into 4 specific parts. This one focuses on just what happens in Verse 3, and is probably the most significant Verse for this Chapter and for the whole game.

After an explosive battle in outer space, Bayonetta and Singularity crash landed back into the Earth to fight once more on the ruined streets of Manhattan, New York.
Singularity assumed his third form: Singularity Definition, while Bayonetta summoned Gomorrah to battle him in distorted time and space.

This is the REAL final battle against Singularity, as he gains the largest health meter for this fight.
This fight is split into different phases as his health goes down.
First off, with Gomorrah out, you have to fight Singularity on your own without any Demon Slaves to help you. But this will be short as you then take control of Gomorrah to attack a huge Homunculi.
After this Homunculi is destroyed, you can fight Singularity again with the full use of your Infernal Demons.
Singularity starts out with 8 health tics that extend his overall health. Once 3 of them are gone, you move on to the next phase.

Bayonetta was trying to keep up with Singularity's attacks, but she was surely wearing down, and his attacks were enough to slightly damage her witch heart.
So now, once more, you have to make for a desperate slog to attack Singularity, but none of her attacks work anymore, and Singularity just brushes them off like dust on his leg.
After toying with Bayonetta enough, Singularity was ready to finish her off.
Once again, Viola had to witness a witch that she cared so deeply about... get slain by an unstoppable force.
It turns out, this wasn't just a witch Viola simply knew... but this witch, Bayonetta, turned out to be Viola's...
*"MUMMY!!!"*

And just when it seemed to be over for Bayonetta, new hope shot right into view. Even more Bayonettas had arrived!
But not just any one, but one of them wielding the "Scarborough Fair" guns. It was none other than The Witch in Remembrance: *Bayonetta 1!*
And she did not some alone, she had a friend, yet another Bayonetta variant, one who wields the Labolas demon and the “Love is Blue" guns. It was The Witch with Discerning Eyes: *Bayonetta 2!*
Both of these Bayonetta hailed from worlds that Singularity already destroyed, but they were able to avoid getting slain during the destruction.

For a short time, you will use Bayonetta 1 to fight two more health meters off of Singularity while Bayonetta 2 assists.
Most of the UI onscreen will change to what was used in the Bayonetta 1 game itself. Hell, even the battle music, this Bayonetta's fighting style, and even Madama Butterfly's design from that game are back!
-too bad her original (English) voice wasn't, though...-

These classic Bayonettas fought Singularity well together, but even he eventually brushed off theirs and Viola's moves, and overall their attempts to change his reality. His truth.
But then Bayonetta (3) stood up once more, ready to take the truth into her own hands alongside that of her two strongest counterparts.
Together, with Scarborough Fair, Love is Blue, and Color My World aimed at their enemies, these three Bayonettas formed into one!
1+2=3? Mixing Red and Blue together makes Purple! ALL OF IT!

In this Merged Bayonetta form, your basic attacks are now tripled You will use this to take out two more health bars from Singularity!
In a Climax, the Bayonetta's separate for a dynamic tag-team attack!

Viola was finally able to get a hit on Singularity, but now he was about to crush her, as well.
At least... until Luka came swinging in.
With Luka using his Strider form, you will team up with him and get rid of Singularity's final two health gauges in order save Viola and defeat Singularity once and for all!

Bayonetta was feeling strained... tired... but she had time for one more Climax!
So she used Gomorrah to finish Singularity off with an overwhelm beam. She pressed on with it even has her witch heart shattered even more...
And when all was said and done, Singularity was no more.
However, by that point, Bayonetta's crest had fallen off, she lost control of Gomorrah, and the world was now falling apart.
Luka was able to rescue Viola and defeat Gomorrah, but the beast had already ripped Bayonetta's soul from her body, and it was now being dragged down into Inferno...
It was from there that both her and Luka realized their final truth: They weren't meant to be together, they were ALWAYS together and WILL ALWAYS be together, as husband and wife.
And so, they embraced a kiss and were dragged down into Hell... together...
Leaving Viola to mourn the loss of both of her parents...
